You may contact me either via telephone or email. My preference is via telephone as this gives me an opportunity to hear your voice and start the process of reading your needs and also - in a very low key way - begin the process of transforming you into my subject.
If you do contact me by phone - please make sure that you are respectful, clear when speaking to me, and do not call me expecting a ten minute "taster" or hoping for a free telephone session. The purpose of the call is simply to arrange an appointment and for me to answer any questions you may have. Also to discuss briefly what you are looking for to ensure that I will be able to help you. As long as you respect this etiquette you will find me friendly and helpful - if not you will find yourself making your request for a session to the dialtone.
If you are too nervous to contact me by phone or have other reasons why you would prefer to contact me by email that is fine. Make sure your mail is clear and give a rough idea of what you are looking for and when you are hoping for an appointment. If all seems straightforward we can agree a date and time over email but I reserve the right to require you to phone me if I am unclear about what you are hoping for or I feel I may not be able to help you.
